An Australian recruitment firm recently made significant investments in modernizing its business model, and deploying technology in support thereof. Whilst the overhaul led to stronger revenue and profit growth in parts of the firm, adoption remained uneven across regions, limiting overall effectiveness.
They engaged RIVOR to analyze the distal causes of the limited adoption, and identify barriers to more widespread uptake. Using the proprietary Adapt/Ability Index®, RIVOR assessed regional sections of the firm, separately analyzing high-performing areas from those returning tepid results. The analysis revealed a strong correlation between adaptability and success, while also flagging obstacles in underperforming regions.
RIVOR is now engaged by the firm on remedial work, designed to dramatically increase uptake of the new model and its associated business practices.
