Magnisol announces deal with Australian Dayforce and PayGlobal professional services business, Dulili Solutions.Group brand Magnisol, already a Dayforce partner in several geographies, has acquired an equity interest in Perth, Australia-based Dulili, twice placed in the ‘CRN Fast 50’, which recognises the fastest-growing businesses in the Australian IT channel based on year-on-year revenue growth.
Dulili is led by Craig Pilkington and Conor Barr, both of whom will be staying with the business. Its Dayforce practice combined with that of Magnisol, creates the unequivocal Dayforce market leader in the Asia-Pacific region, now trading as Magnisol. The ‘Dulili’ brand will continue for the PayGlobal services practice, and for other related advisory work. ‘We’re delighted about the deal, and what it means for the future of Dulili, and the Dayforce practice under the Magnisol brand’, said Pilkington. ‘Our commitment to client success and high standards of service will continue unabated, and given that we’ll be able to leverage the 42-country Group Elephant platform, our vista has been dramatically widened’, added Barr.
Ben Cashman, Managing Director in the worldwide firm and in charge of Magnisol, said ‘this deal is significant for us, and we feel privileged to be strengthening the ranks of Group Elephant with people of the caliber of those of Dulili’.
