iLAB expands IT Professional Services Contract with the State of Minnesota.

iLAB, a Group Elephant Software Quality Assurance (‘SQA’) specialist with operations in the USA, Latin American, Africa and Asia, was recently awarded an expansion of the scope of its engagement with Minnesota’s executive branch state agencies, and several other in-state public entities.

Central to iLAB's fieldwork approach for Minnesota is the proprietary iTEST methodology, which forms the platform for a broad range of SQA and testing services. iTEST leverages and refines a wide spectrum of industry practices and standards, covering processes, checklists, guidelines and performance metrics. It has been widely used and improved upon over several years, on engagements with clients on multiple continents, across myriad industry sectors.

With Minnesota, the contracts are structured so as to allow flexibility, and access to iLAB’s full range of SQA-related products and services. A set of basic contracts serve as building blocks to allow for tailored interventions for different agencies.
