Group Elephant expands Business Help Desk Services for prestigious Boston-based University.
Group Elephant, through its higher education-focused brand Hyperboliq, has entered into a Business Help Desk arrangement with a world-renowned Boston-based university, as an extension to a wide range of Group services already provided to the organization.
This Help Desk service was designed to deliver expert technical and business process support, to a community operating within a complex and sophisticated computing environment. Well received and already operational for 8 months, the Help Desk services end-users through traditional email ticketing, and live chat for synchronous issue resolution. Data collected from tickets is used to constantly refine the service, and will influence future product development for the client.
