Oregon-based nonprofit Legacy Health operates six hospitals, a full-service children’s hospital, a 24-hour mental and behavioral health center and over 70 clinics across the Portland and Vancouver metro areas. They employ 14,000 people and use 3,000 service providers.

As part of a multi-year engagement, ClearSky implemented Legacy’s Infor CloudSuite-based environment in pursuit of improved system performance and better alignment with operational goals. Specific deliverables included custom integrations between Infor HR Talent, iCIMS, Infor Expense Management and FSM.

To support improved payroll accuracy, ClearSky developed a program to calculate differential pay based on job, shift and education, integrated into custom screens within Employee Time Records. ClearSky also resolved critical issues in Infor-delivered content, including a Vizient GPO integration loop and missing financial dimensions in PfiXRef.

Additional services included advanced work across Absence Management, HR, and Payroll, mapping Global HR to iCIMS, and custom components to close functionality gaps.
