A major metropolitan municipality in South Africa, Cape Town recently engaged EPI-USE and Tusk to support and enable their effort to fortify Declaration of Interests (DOI) compliance. Part of the intervention included development of training material designed to easily guide staff through the DOI form completion and submission process.

Successful, accurate form completion has soared by over 40% versus prior year comparatives. Levels of support queries have dropped significantly, and staff are pleasingly reporting a reduced administrative burden associated with this function.
