Group affiliate RIVOR Advisory leads major technology overhaul for a prestigious Australian university.

A prominent Australian university is undergoing a major overhaul of its technology infrastructure, signaling significant impending change across the institution. Early-stage difficulties threatened the outcome, prompting university leadership to call RIVOR in to apply the proprietary Adapt/Ability Index® and associated methodology, to evaluate the institution’s capacity to adapt, and to identify remedial action where appropriate. Preliminary findings have already led to targeted interventions to better manage risk, and improve the likelihood of a successful overall outcome.

Feedback on RIVOR’s work to date has been tremendously positive, particularly on the clarity, speed, and quality of insights. Encouraged by these results, the university is now considering more broadly applying RIVOR’s approach to managing change.
