Established in 2001 in the wake of the 1998 Presidential Job Summit, Proudly South African promotes local procurement, certifying only businesses that meet rigorous local content requirements and quality standards.

Having partnered with Proudly South African for many years, G3G was approached to implement SAP Business One with a view to optimizing several critical areas in the organization, including supply chain management and membership master data management. Integration with SharePoint Online was also a requirement, for better data accessibility and easier collaboration.

G3G tailored SAP Business One to meet Proudly South African's specific needs, including adjusting workflows and reporting structures. Continuous employee training and data clean-up initiatives were launched, and the system has already been proven to enable better decision-making, member engagement and collaboration. Many previously manual processes have been automated, error rates have dropped dramatically, and reporting has been significantly enhanced. Custom integrations have simplified processes.
