EPI-USE Labs launches new computer literacy course at The Sijwa Project, on EPI-USE Labs Client Central platform. As part of an ongoing partnership with The Sijwa Project, EPI-USE Labs has developed and delivered the ‘Bridging the Digital Divide’ computer literacy course, catering for students with limited or zero prior experience using computers, participating in Sijwa’s Vocational Residency Program.

Egor Kharatyan, Louw Claassens, Ethan Coryndon-Baker and Richard McFadden, all of EPI-USE Labs, volunteered to design and present the course in their spare time. They subsequently spent time in Northern Namibia, to guide the inaugural class of students through the material.

‘Their dedication has made a lasting impact,’ said Tinolla Rodgers, Managing Director of African Monarch Lodges. ‘A massive thank you to Louw, Egor, Ethan and Richard for preparing the content, and for spending time with the students, and preparing them for future education and professional development’, she added.
